Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate training programs for interns, graduates, and employees.
Partner with business leaders and trainers to align learning with business needs.
Implement upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives to build workforce agility.
Drive digital learning adoption through LMS and external platforms.
Track program effectiveness using HR analytics and feedback.

What We’re Looking For

3 years’ experience in L&D, HR Operations, or Talent Development.
Strong skills in program coordination, stakeholder management, and HR analytics.
Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, LMS tools.
Masters in HR/HRD or related field preferred.
