Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate training programs for interns, graduates, and employees.
  • Partner with business leaders and trainers to align learning with business needs.
  • Implement upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives to build workforce agility.
  • Drive digital learning adoption through LMS and external platforms.
  • Track program effectiveness using HR analytics and feedback.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3 years’ experience in L&D, HR Operations, or Talent Development.
  • Strong skills in program coordination, stakeholder management, and HR analytics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, LMS tools.
  • Masters in HR/HRD or related field preferred.
