• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — you connect well with diverse audiences.
• Strong execution and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Passion for learning and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and independence.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, Talent Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
