Job Description

  • Needs Assessment:Identifying skill gaps and training needs through various methods like job analysis, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Program Development:Designing and developing training programs, including both in-house and e-learning solutions, tailored to specific organizational and individual requirements.
  • Training Delivery:Facilitating and delivering training programs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Evaluation and Improvement:Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through various methods and making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  • Budget Management:Managing the L&D budget and ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Compliance:Ensuring training programs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaboration:Working with HR, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with business goals.
  • Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of training activities, attendance, and program evaluations.
  • Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of current trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Mentoring and Coaching:Providing guidance and support to employees seeking professional development opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in human resources, education, or a related field is typically required, with a master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in learning and development, including program design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, assess training effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, and work effectively with stakeholders at all level.
  • Manager / Senior Manager – Learning & Development Drawing up a comprehensive L&D Plan based on the developmental needs and methods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
