About the Role

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis across departments.
• Interact with HODs to understand skill gaps and performance issues.
• Analyse appraisal data, audits, and feedback to identify training requirements.
• Develop annual and monthly training calendars.
• Prioritize mandatory, functional, behavioural, and safety trainings.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Design training modules, presentations, and materials.
• Prepare SOPs, manuals, and skill matrices.
• Develop induction training programs for new employees.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation sheets.
• Facilitate orientation, behavioural, and soft-skill sessions.
• Use engaging training methods—presentations, activities, case studies, etc.
• Collect feedback from participants and trainers.
• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments.
• Implement mentorship, coaching, and leadership development programs.
• Support cross-functional training and job rotation programs.
• Plan career development and succession planning initiatives.
• Maintain training MIS—monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Prepare dashboards, scorecards, and training effectiveness reports.
• Present training outcomes to management.
