Description
As the Lead for key global initiatives, your role involves planning and executing various employee skill development programs. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and create scalable learning solutions. Specifically, your responsibilities include: - Designing various learning methods such as virtual training sessions, e-learning courses, and classroom training to enhance employee development. - Overseeing and improving learning resources and programs to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. - Delivering engaging training content using diverse instructional methods and technologies. - Enhancing digital learning experiences by optimizing learning tools and performance management systems to boost learner engagement. - Administering and optimizing learning and performance management systems, including user access, permissions, troubleshooting, and system configuration. - Supporting performance management processes through feedback tools, workflow enhancements, and training material preparation. - Developing dashboards, reports, and analytics to assess training effectiveness and performance trends, providing actionable insights to leadership. - Collaborating with HR, IT, and Knowledge Management teams to integrate systems and workflows seamlessly. - Maintaining and updating the corporate training calendar and repository. - Assisting the Director of L&D in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance measurement of L&D programs. - Contributing to DEI initiatives and culture-building efforts through inclusive learning experiences. - Acting as a liaison between the L&D team and other departments to ensure alignment of learning strategies. - Potential supervisory responsibilities over time, including supervising and mentoring L&D Specialists or Coordinators to support their professional development and growth. Your qualifications should include a Masters degree in OD/ HRM/ MBA, along with relevant certifications such as CPLP or SHRM-CP. Additionally, you should have 6-8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field, with some exposure to project or team management preferred.
