Job Description

Role Overview: As the Learning and Development Manager at Tachyon Technologies, your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs across all departments. Your role is crucial in enhancing employee skills, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You will collaborate closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Program Development (40%): Create and implement training programs for Finance, HR, Sales, Inside Sales, Talent Acquisition, and Technical Consultants. - Needs Assessment (20%): Regularly conduct assessments to identify training needs and gaps within departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Training Delivery (20%): Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various instructional methods and technologies. - Certification Management (10%): Oversee the certification process for employees in technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, AI, Data Analytics, and Databricks. - Performance Evaluation (10%): Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing training programs in a corporate environment. - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. - Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and assess training effectiveness. - Familiarity with technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, AI, Data Analytics, and Databricks.
