Job Description

Role Overview: As the Learning and Development Manager at Tachyon Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs across all departments. Your primary goal will be to enhance employee skills, ensure compliance with industry standards, and foster a culture of continuous learning. You will collaborate closely with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored programs that align with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Program Development (40%): Create and implement training programs for various departments including Finance, HR, Sales, Inside Sales, Talent Acquisition, and Technical Consultants. - Needs Assessment (20%): Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and gaps within departments, ensuring they align with business objectives. - Training Delivery (20%): Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using a variety of instructional methods and technologies. - Certification Management (10%): Oversee the certification process for employees in technologies like SAP, Salesforce, AI, Data Analytics, and Databricks. - Performance Evaluation (10%): Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Learning and Development, with a track record of designing and implementing training programs in a corporate setting. - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. - Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and assess training effectiveness. - Familiarity with technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, AI, Data Analytics, and Databricks.
