Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Manager, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs, managing learning management systems, developing instructional materials, and facilitating leadership development initiatives. The role includes evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and working closely with various departments to identify training needs and align them with organizational goals.
