Job Description

Job Title: Regional Trainer

Department:

Job Summary

The Regional Trainer is responsible for delivering impactful training programs across a specific region to improve employee skills, knowledge, and performance. This role involves conducting in-store and classroom training, customizing content for regional needs, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging training sessions (onboarding, product, sales, customer service, operations, and soft skills) in-person and virtually.
Conduct on-the-job training through role plays, demos, and real-time examples.
Design, update, and customize training content as per regional requirements.
Identify training needs using reports, feedback, and business inputs.
Provide post-training support, coaching, and guidance to employees.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance data.
Collaborate with regional leadership and Training Manager to align training with business priorities.
Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; certification in Training & Development preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience as a trainer (Retail/Jewellery industry experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office, LMS, and virtual training tools.
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Other Details

6 working days per week.
Must adhere to company grooming standards.
