Training And Development Intern

Job Purpose:
The L&D Intern is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. The role includes coordinating learning initiatives, maintaining training data, and ensuring the alignment of training with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Training Coordination & Execution Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and coordination skills Basic facilitation and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Familiarity with LMS and digital learning tools Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Qualifications & Experience:
