The Training & Development Executive - Intern position based in Pune for a duration of 3 months offers a performance-based incentives remuneration. This role involves working in the domain of Training & Development, specifically focusing on organizations and educational institutes (B2B & B2C) with a primary task of awareness building and developing, planning, and executing workshops. RGB Training Services, a dynamic organization committed to enhancing individual and organizational skills, specializes in providing high-quality training solutions and conducting Organizational Development (OD) Interventions to foster growth and success. As the only organization in India connected to over 45 universities, we provide hands-on work exposure and interactions with external industry experts during the internship for comprehensive learning and skill development. During the internship, you will receive training in various areas such as Workplace Behavioral Communication, Workplace Essential Skills, Networking & Business Skills, Psychological Empowerment, OD Interventions, Workshop Development, and Instructional Design & Development. Key Responsibilities include supporting the development of onboarding frameworks, coordinating training programs, creating/updating training materials, conducting needs assessments, evaluating program effectiveness, maintaining training records, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), staying updated with industry trends, and best practices. Qualifications for this role include current enrollment in Psychology or a relevant field (e.g., Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics), strong analytical and research skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, self-motivation, proficiency in MS Office suite, and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
