We are looking for a highly motivated Learning and Development Associate to design, implement, and manage training initiatives that enhance employee skills and support professional growth across the organization.

Responsibilities

● Design and develop engaging training materials and programs, including presentations, workshops, manuals, and e-learning modules.

● Conduct and facilitate training sessions for new hires and existing employees on a variety of topics, from product knowledge to soft skills.

● Collaborate with department heads to identify specific training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.

● Manage the company's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all training records and materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.

● Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure their impact.

● Support the implementation of career development and mentorship programs.

● Provide administrative support for all learning and development activities, including scheduling and resource coordination.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

● Proven experience in a learning and development or corporate training environment is a significant plus.

● Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.

● Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).

Pay: ₹8,280.26 - ₹10,000.00 per month
