Job Description

Job Summary:

L&D Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and coordination of training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and learning content.
  • Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by updating training records and tracking course completions.
  • Collect and organize feedback from training sessions to assist in performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate logistics such as scheduling sessions, booking venues, and sending communication to participants.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing induction materials and assisting new hires.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to L&D projects and documentation.
  • Research current learning trends, tools, and practices to contribute new ideas to the team.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn about corporate learning and development practices.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of adult learning principles is a plus.
