What will you drive?

• Assist in identifying training needs through surveys and consultations with employees
• Support the development and delivery of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
• Help maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Facilitate engagement initiatives to promote a culture of continuous learning and open feedback within the organization.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to measure effectiveness.
• Conduct research on the latest L&D trends and best practices.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks related to employee development.

Who are we looking for?

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources or business administration
• Strong interest in learning & development and talent management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
