Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Intern at NoBrokerHood, located in Bangalore. The role involves assisting in the creation and implementation of learning programs, managing learning management systems, and designing instructional materials. The intern will also be involved in delivering training sessions, conducting coaching sessions, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders to ensure the success of the learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Training & Development, Learning Management, and Instructional Design skills
• Strong Communication and Coaching skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using learning management systems and other educational technology
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a learning and development role is a plus
