Job Title: L&D Coordinator (Contractual position)

Job Location: Bhiwadi Office

Role Purpose

The Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and monitoring training programs across Ashiana. The role ensures seamless delivery of training initiatives, manages the learning calendar, tracks feedback, and supports organizational capability development.

How can you make an Impact?

1. Training Coordination

  • Coordinate with trainers for scheduling and delivery.
  • Manage logistics at training venues including travel, accommodation, and on-site arrangements.
  • Handle billing, vendor payments, and training-related documentation.
  • Ensure pre- and post-training communication, including preparation and circulation of handouts.

2. Training Execution & Tracking

  • Facilitate and track PAN India training programs (MC) and update training trackers regularly.
  • Support smooth execution of L&D Calendar in alignment with business needs.
  • Administer pre- and post-training assessments where applicable.

3. Feedback & Impact Measurement

  • Collect and compile training feedback from participants and stakeholders.
  • Conduct pre- and post-training feedback for stakeholders.
  • Track Net Promoter Score (NPS) for training effectiveness.

4. LMS & MIS Management

  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) including content updates, enrollments, and reporting.
  • Generate and maintain Training MIS to track participation, completion, and outcomes.

5. Engagement & Special Initiatives

  • Support quarterly initiatives like Apna Ashiana and other employee engagement programs.
  • Assist in developing creative engagement methods for capability building.

What are we looking for?

  • If you are a Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field with 0–2 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training coordination.
  • Exposure to MIS reporting, training logistics, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal).
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and LMS tools.
  • Stakeholder management and vendor coordination.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30,483.84 - ₹35,008.23 per month
