Position:

What this job involves?

This Job requires Key Account Manager responsibilities to anchor deliveries for our leading Clients and support Business Development and Marketing initiatives.

🔹 Anchoring a set of clients through all stages of the value chain to ensure timely, high quality deliveries.

🔹 Provide Research support for clients across sectors/ geographies as required.

🔹 Support Business Development and Social media efforts.

🔹 Demonstrate Project Management capabilities to uphold timeliness, responsiveness to manage both local and international clients.

🔹 Support YourCommune - our online Community efforts.

🔹 Work on innovative projects and new product lines to curate new OD and Assessment solutions.

🔹 Support Coaching across levels by curating tools and other solutions to enable Learning transfer.

Our ideal candidate is a-

🔹 Post Graduate/ Graduate in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Management- or any other Humanities stream with 0-2 years’ of experience.

🔹 Has great written and spoken English is a Must.

🔹 Conversant with using MS Office, and is new tech proficient.

🔹 High Learning orientation and ambition to contribute us key.

🔹 Familiarity with using Social media tools is an advantage.
