Leading PVT Bank is hiring for Training Manager | Credit Card | Ahmadabad

Role & responsibilities

2 to 7 years of work experience into- Credit Card Products.
Hand hold experience into training & development.
Minimum qualification should be a Graduate from any stream.
He must be someone who has handled multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Good communication skill. Understanding of training process.
Must have supervised, coordinated & trained employees.
Someone who has hired new employees in efficient service, and developed a rigorous training program, will add to the overall value.
Should have a strong understanding of industry norms, regulations, best practices followed across the industry and the emerging trends in the market.
Open to Travel.

Critical competencies

Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to deliver sessions in local language
Good energy and passion for training
Ability to deliver appropriate training inputs- practical & relevant for the sales team
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
Willingness to travel constantly between branches in assigned territory
Insurance domain experience
Reasonably tech- savvy
