Leadership Academy Manager

As the Leadership Academy Manager at Hilti India, you will be a senior L&D professional responsible for managing all Leadership Programs. Your role involves developing the long-term roadmap for Leadership Programs for Sales and Non-Sales, aligning with Global and Regional L&D strategies and local leadership inputs. You will conduct need assessments to understand business challenges and propose appropriate training solutions. Additionally, you will plan the yearly calendar for Leadership Academy, project manage its execution, and maintain Leadership Academy Team Actions-in-Process. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the Leadership Academy roadmap for India in alignment with global and regional L&D strategies - Conduct need assessments to propose appropriate training solutions - Plan and project manage the yearly calendar for Leadership Academy - Schedule and execute Leadership Academy sessions, including developing agendas, pre-work, post-work, events, and sharing learnings - Facilitate functional learning sessions and assist in various Leadership Academy sessions - Support the development and upgradation of training materials across different formats - Work cross-functionally with all departments to ensure business process continuity and consistency Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or higher - Total 8-12 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Trainer/Facilitator for sales professionals - Minimum 3 years of experience in behavioral training for leaders, preferably for sales leaders - Certification as a Master Facilitator and in Instructional Design; certifications in programs like Situational Leadership are an added advantage - Strong communication (written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal) skills - Strong leadership, planning, and implementation skills At Hilti, we offer an excellent mix of people, creating a vibrant and innovative team.
