Role Objective

• Lead and manage the Window plant with full P&L responsibility, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, cost optimization and people development. Ensure the plants growth aligns with organizational strategy while maintaining world-class standards of quality, safety, and compliance Key Responsibilities
• Operations & Process Excellence
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, and automation.
• Ensure adherence to production, quality and maintenance plans with maximum equipment uptime.
• Optimize processes for cost savings, consumable reduction, and productivity enhancement.
• Ensure effective coordination across production, quality, maintenance, PPC, dispatch, purchase, and HR. Customer & Quality
• Ensure zero-defect mindset and quick resolution of customer complaints.
• Build strong customer relationships through product costing, delivery performance, and grievance handling.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver new product development in line with customer requirements. Business & Financial Leadership
• Own P&L and deliver profitability targets.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, and resource optimization.
• Provide input for annual business and financial planning. People Leadership
• Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing workforce.
• Drive reskilling, upskilling, and leadership development across teams.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Ensure harmonious industrial relations in partnership with HR.
• Qualifications & Experience Core Competencies
• In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing processes, machining, and finishing.
• Strong grasp of quality systems ( Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Proven track record in P&L management, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent commercial acumen and customer orientation.
