Job Description

We are looking  for a Field Sales Lead who will independently manage and grow the Mumbai territory for Niveus. The role is for a highly experienced professional with over 5 years of experience in the Mumbai market and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic sales plan, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, and building strong client relationships. A crucial part of the role is working closely with the GCP India team to align on strategies and capitalize on joint opportunities. The ideal candidate must be proficient in software services and consulting sales, using a consultative approach to deeply understand and address client needs. The position is well-suited for someone who is self-motivated and possesses strong communication and negotiation skills.
