Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance metrics related to workforce productivity, efficiency, and staffing levels. Forecasting and Analysis: Utilize data analytics and forecasting techniques to predict staffing needs and trends. Workforce Efficiency: Implement strategies to enhance workforce efficiency, including training programs and process improvements. Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and best practices in workforce management. Team Leadership: Mentor and lead teams, providing guidance and support to achieve workforce optimization goals.
