Job Description:

The company is seeking an experienced UI/UX Lead to oversee the end-to-end user experience and interface design across digital products. This role involves leading UI/UX strategy, translating requirements into designs, ensuring consistency through design systems, conducting user research, collaborating with various teams, mentoring designers, and staying updated with design trends. The ideal candidate should possess strong design thinking, leadership, and collaboration skills to deliver user-centric solutions.

Any graduation

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the UI/UX strategy, vision, and execution across web and mobile products
Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Ensure consistency across products by defining and maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI standards
Conduct and guide user research, usability testing, and design validation
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders
Mentor and manage UI/UX designers, providing design direction and feedback
Review designs for quality, usability, accessibility, and performance
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
Ensure designs are technically feasible and align with development timelines

Skills Required:

UI/UX Design , User-Centered Design , Design Thinking , Wireframing , User Flows , Prototyping , High-Fidelity Design , Design Systems , Style Guides , UI Standards , User Research , Usability Testing , Design Validation , Stakeholder Management , Communication , Mentoring , Accessibility , Leadership

Candidate Attributes:

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or managerial role
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and usability standards
Experience working with design systems and scalable UI frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance business goals with user needs
