Lead UI/UX

In this role, you will play a crucial part by: Coordinating with U.S. UX Leadership & Global Teams to ensure alignment on design strategy and execution. Leading Design Thinking Workshops to cultivate creative problem-solving, generate innovative ideas, and align stakeholders. Mapping User Journeys & Experience Flows to identify pain points and unlock opportunities for improved engagement and satisfaction. Developing Wireframes & Prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts, ensuring iterative improvements through stakeholder feedback and usability testing. Collaborating with Product & Engineering Teams to bridge the gap between business goals and user needs, shaping cohesive digital experiences. Establishing Scalable Design Systems to maintain consistency across enterprise-level products and services. Conducting User Research & Usability Testing to drive data-driven decision-making and refine UX strategies. Keeping Up with Industry Trends in Finance, Insurance, SaaS, and Healthcare to ensure our solutions stay ahead of the curve. What You Bring to the Role: 10+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, service design, or experience strategy. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and journey mapping techniques. Proven ability to run ideation workshops, craft strategic UX roadmaps, and influence stakeholders. Strong visual and interaction design skills with proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Experience working in an agile environment with global, distributed teams. Strong expertise in financial services, insurance, SaaS, or healthcare industries is a plus.,
