The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

Talk to customers on phone, chat, or email.
Help customers solve their problems or answer their questions.
Give correct information in a polite way.
Follow up with customers if needed.
Work with other team members to solve problems.
Make sure customers are happy and satisfied.
