Description
Leading and managing IT infrastructure teams: Overseeing the IT infrastructure support and work closely with the team to manage and provide solutions. Connect with the business leadership, understanding business requirements, maintain productive relationships with business, respond with agility and ensuring that the IT infrastructure meets their needs Deep understanding of Microsoft Technologies: Proficient in managing various O365 workloads, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. Expertise in identity management: Implementing and managing identity and access management solutions, such as Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). Knowledge of backup and recovery: Overseeing backup strategies, implementing backup solutions, and ensuring data recovery capabilities. Proficiency in Intune and JAMF: Managing mobile device management (MDM) solutions, including device enrollment, configuration, and security. Staying updated on emerging technologies: Keeping abreast of the latest trends and innovations in IT infrastructure. Developing and implementing IT infrastructure strategy: Aligning IT infrastructure with Infosys overall business goals and objectives. Ensure security posture in accordance with Infosys guidelines. Have adequate technology orientation to handle diverse issues based on situation Collaborating with business stakeholders: Understanding business requirements and ensuring that the IT infrastructure meets their needs. Ensuring infrastructure availability and performance: Monitoring system performance and availability, troubleshooting issues, and implementing proactive maintenance, SLA’s and reports ,develop alternate strategies, take corrective actions, Track Metrics and ensure compliance Adhering to compliance and security standards: Ensure security posture in accordance with Infosys guidelines. Ensure processes adherence, implementing security measures, ensure documentations to meet audit requirements. Conducting regular audits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) Disaster recovery planning: Developing and implementing disaster recovery plans to minimize the impact of potential disruptions. Risk Assessments and mitigation plans Managing IT budgets: Prepare and manage the IT budgets for the region, optimizing costs, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
