In this role you will be responsible for delivering high quality solutions and providing excellent consulting services to our customers while ensuring the quality and excellence of requested workflowsPerformance is typically measured by delivery of agreed-to solutions within budgeted hoursPrimary Duties and Responsibilities: As part of this team, you will work with a variety of members including implementation teams and the integration team to provide delivery and support of Activiti workflow requirements for UKG ProductsWork closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time and budgetAbility to assess, design, and develop Activiti workflow meeting customer requirementsAbility to assist Services teams with Activiti workflow discovery and scopingMust be comfortable working within a cloud-based environmentLead internal and external meetings with customers and vendorsManage Activiti workflow timelines including but not limited to notifying clients of changes to task dates or assigned resourcesThis role may requires to work in fixed late shift to give overlap to customer business hoursWhere we’re goingUKG is on the cusp of something truly special.
