Customer facing skillsEnhanced stakeholder management experienceBetter consulting knowledgeGo above and beyond your capabilitiesBecome a part of the renowned UKG cultureWhat you will bringUKG WFM Pro knowledge and familiarity with BPMN.BPMN 2.0 ModelingUnderstanding business processes and how to represent them in BPMN.Familiarity with events, gateways, tasks, subprocesses, etc.Java/Java script/Groovy ProgrammingStrong understanding of any script languageObject-oriented design and best practices.Experience with IDEs like Eclipse and IntelliJ.REST API Development & Integration or API testing Experience.Building and consuming REST APIs to connect Activiti with external systems.API Testing Tools knowledge like Postman, JMeter etc.Activiti Engine ConceptsProcess Engine configurationDeployment of process definitionsJSON/XML ProcessingFor data exchange and service task communication.What you will be required to doIn this role you will be responsible for delivering high quality solutions and providing excellent consulting services to our customers while ensuring the quality and excellence of requested workflowsPerformance is typically measured by delivery of agreed-to solutions within budgeted hoursPrimary Duties and Responsibilities: As part of this team, you will work with a variety of members including implementation teams and the integration team to provide delivery and support of Activiti workflow requirements for UKG ProductsWork closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time and budgetAbility to assess, design, and develop Activiti workflow meeting customer requirementsAbility to assist Services teams with Activiti workflow discovery and scopingMust be comfortable working within a cloud-based environmentLead internal and external meetings with customers and vendorsManage Activiti workflow timelines including but not limited to notifying clients of changes to task dates or assigned resourcesThis role may requires to work in fixed late shift to give overlap to customer business hours
