Job Description

Validate invoices for accuracy, account assignment, and VAT compliance.
Match invoices with purchase orders and post them in SAP ERP.
Resolve vendor issues and unblock invoices in coordination with the front office.
Organize and initiate timely invoice payments.
Support quarterly intercompany matching in SAP SEM.
Drive improvements in the Purchase-to-Pay process and assist the Team Lead in optimizing workflows.
