Job Title: Lead Specialist GES P&SC

Location: Hyderabad, India

Join our dynamic finance team and play a key role in streamlining the Purchase-to-Pay process. In this role, you’ll validate and process invoices in SAP, resolve vendor queries, and drive workflow improvements that make a real impact. We’re looking for a commerce graduate with strong analytical skills, PTP knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to help us deliver excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Validate invoices for accuracy, account assignment, and VAT compliance.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and post them in SAP ERP.
• Resolve vendor issues and unblock invoices in coordination with the front office.
• Organize and initiate timely invoice payments.
• Support quarterly intercompany matching in SAP SEM.
• Drive improvements in the Purchase-to-Pay process and assist the Team Lead in optimizing workflows.

You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
• Strong understanding of Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Experience with SAP (preferred).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams.
