As a Solution Engineer at our company, you will play a vital role in collaborating with the Sales teams to navigate territories and build relationships with prospects and existing customers. Your ability to lead outcome-driven conversations will be crucial in understanding and defining customer business requirements. By co-creating future visions for customers on the Salesforce platform, you will align short and long-term goals to drive digital transformation. Bringing these visions to life through compelling product demonstrations will showcase the versatility and potential of our platform. Engaging in continuous training and certification programs will be essential for expanding and maintaining your expertise to stay ahead of industry trends. Additionally, acting as a liaison between product and enablement teams will allow you to offer valuable field insights to drive solution evolution and enhancement. Your role as a trusted advisor will involve sharing expert perspectives on the business value provided by our solutions, building confidence and trust with potential customers. Some specific responsibilities you will have as a Solution Engineer include providing thought leadership on how large enterprise organizations can drive customer success through digital transformation. You will need to uncover challenges and issues faced by businesses through successful discovery sessions and workshops. Being an innovator who can build new solutions using out-of-the-box thinking will be key. Engaging with business users to create solution presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes will be part of your role, along with building roadmaps that articulate how partners can implement solutions to move from the current to future state. Your ability to present and articulate business value to managers and executives of all levels will be crucial. Delivering functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and working as an excellent teammate by sharing knowledge and learning will also be part of your responsibilities. Demonstrating a conceptual knowledge of integrating cloud applications into existing business applications and leading multiple customer engagements concurrently will be expected. Being self-motivated, flexible, and taking initiative are qualities that will help you excel in this role. In terms of required skills, a degree or equivalent relevant experience is necessary. A minimum of 9+ years of relevant experience in the IT Industry, either in pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions, supporting the sales cycle in selling CRM or high-value business solutions is required. Strong focus and experience in pre-sales or implementation is essential. Experience in demonstrating customer engagement solutions, understanding and driving use cases, customer journeys, and the ability to draw Day in life across different LOBs are important. Business analysis, business case construction, and return on investment analysis are skills that will be valuable in this role. Experience in sophisticated solution selling to Enterprise customers and a broad understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing, and Mobile solutions are required. Strong verbal and written communication skills focusing on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques are essential. Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills will also be necessary for success in this role.,
