Experience : 7+ years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on

expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem.

3+ years of experience building RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.

2+ years of experience developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile apps using

.NET MAUI or Xamarin.Forms.

Job Summary:

Lead Software Engineer – Full Stack + MAUI

You will play a key role in setting coding standards, making architectural decisions, and ensuring alignment with engineering and product goals, all while remaining actively engaged in development.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership (40%)

• Provide architectural and design guidance across the stack, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Lead the planning and execution of technical roadmaps and collaborate on cross-team initiatives.
• Mentor software engineers, perform code reviews, and promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product leadership to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Full Stack & Mobile Development (40%)

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using

  C#

  and

  ASP.NET Core Web API

• Develop and support mobile applications using

  .NET MAUI

  across Android and iOS

platforms.

• Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and
• modern frameworks like

  Blazor

• Optimize performance and reliability across web and mobile platforms.

Agile Execution & Collaboration (20%)

• Work with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and define technical solutions.
• Lead sprint planning, technical grooming, and standups for the team.
• Track technical debt and participate in prioritization to balance delivery speed with

long-term code quality.

•  Ensure documentation is created and maintained for systems, components, and

processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on

C#

• 3+ years of experience building

  RESTful APIs

  using

  ASP.NET Core Web API

• 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile apps using

.NET MAUI or Xamarin.Forms.

• Strong front-end development skills with

  JavaScript

• Experience with relational databases and ORMs such as

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience releasing mobile applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Understanding of mobile app lifecycle events, offline storage, and push notifications.
• Familiarity with OAuth2/OpenID Connect and secure authentication flows.
• Exposure to cloud-based infrastructure (Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Key

• Experience leading distributed teams or working in a remote-first environment.
