Lead Software Development Engineer - Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Architect and Developer: Lead hands-on development of scalable, high-quality features using full-stack technologies.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of 2-5 engineers, ensuring adherence to Agile practices and technical excellence.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. Act as a liaison between the engineering team and other stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments.
• Project Leadership: Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and delegate them effectively. Monitor project progress and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and drive innovation within the team. Identify technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
  

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a product-based company with exposure to Agile practices, sprints, and production deployments. Leadership experience managing 2-5 team members.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in full-stack technologies like Java. NET with C#, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, AngularJS, ReactJS, or ExtJS. Experience with writing unit test cases, code reviews, and creating design documents.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide teams while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong coding and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Communication: Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
