🔹 Experience Required: 8–12 years of ServiceNow Development experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications and modules including

  IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and CSM

• Develop custom scripts and integrations using

  JavaScript

  ,

  REST/SOAP APIs

  , and

  UI Builder

• Build and customize UI pages and portals using

  HTML

  ,

  CSS

  , and related front-end technologies
• Apply programming knowledge including

  C++

   to design custom solutions or integrations as needed
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical designs
• Participate in Agile/Scrum practices, contributing to sprint cycles, retrospectives, and planning sessions
• Optimize platform performance, usability, and maintainability with best development practices
