About the Role

CAMFiN is launching SalesX — a new-generation sales education program designed to build professional sales talent for the modern business world.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Sales Trainer who can design, deliver, and drive engaging sales training programs that combine theory, real-world practice, and performance coaching.

You’ll play a key role in developing students into confident, result-oriented sales professionals capable of excelling in B2B, B2C, and digital sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, plan, and deliver the full curriculum for SalesX courses (2 / 4 / 6 / 12 months).

Conduct interactive classroom sessions, roleplays, and sales simulations.

Mentor students on personal selling, negotiation, client handling, and closing techniques.

Integrate CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital prospecting methods into lessons.

Evaluate student performance through presentations, mock pitches, and live projects.

Collaborate with guest mentors and corporate partners for live sales projects.

Develop case studies and assessment modules for practical learning.

Prepare students for sales interviews and placement opportunities.

Support CAMFiN marketing team with webinars, demo sessions, and promotional content.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales, Business Development, or Sales Training.

Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Practical knowledge of sales processes, funnels, and CRM systems.

Experience in coaching or mentoring teams is preferred.

Familiarity with digital tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, Excel/Power BI) is an advantage.

Passion for teaching and developing future sales professionals.

Qualifications

MBA / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Sales Training / Coaching certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

Compensation

Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)

Performance Incentives: Based on student satisfaction & placement success.
