Job Summary:

We are hiring an Accounting Faculty for our Calicut branch. The ideal candidate should have strong theoretical knowledge and solid practical experience in core accounting, taxation, and industry-relevant accounting software. The faculty will play a key role in preparing students for real-world accounting roles through hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach theoretical topics: Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, GST, and Income Tax.
• Deliver practical training in Manual Accounting, Tally Prime, QuickBooks, Peach Tree, and MS Office.
• Guide students on GST & TDS computation, Income Tax filing, and Cash Flow Statement preparation.
• Develop lesson plans, course materials, and practical assignments.
• Conduct practical workshops, mock tests, and interactive sessions.
• Support students with CV preparation, interview training, and mock interviews.
• Stay updated with accounting standards, software, and compliance practices.
• Track student progress and mentor them for placement readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (CA, CMA, or similar qualification preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant teaching or industry experience in accounting and taxation.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, QuickBooks, Peach Tree, and practical bookkeeping.
• Good understanding of Indian GST, TDS, and Income Tax filing.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students for job placements.

Calicut Branch – Full-time, On-site.
