Job Description

As a Lead Recruiter at our organization, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in our recruitment process. With a primary focus on hiring for artificial intelligence, digital, and healthcare positions all of which are in high demand you will also gain exposure to HR software such as keka and zoho, along with involvement in various support activities. This role is particularly significant as we are preparing for a stock market listing, offering top performers the chance to earn ESOPs in addition to competitive salary and incentives. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. This position presents an excellent opportunity to enhance your recruitment skills, from sourcing candidates to facilitating the onboarding process. The ideal candidate should be proactive, eager to learn, and committed to attracting top talent to our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Meeting hiring targets effectively. - Assisting in candidate sourcing and screening through job boards, social media platforms, and other channels. - Reviewing resumes and applications to assess basic qualifications. - Conducting initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate compatibility. - Coordinating recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, updating the applicant tracking system (ATS), and assisting in interview preparation. - Supporting onboarding processes by preparing offer letters, facilitating new hire paperwork, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. - Engaging in administrative tasks, including preparing reports and presentations, participating in HR meetings, and contributing to various projects. - Supporting employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Strong interest in recruitment and human resources. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is advantageous.
