Weʼve been at it for over 5 years now, and weʼve serviced over 50 happy customers around the world, while also building several in-house micro-SaaS tools for the market (all of this while being bootstrapped and profitable). Lead QA Engineer

As a Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a team of QA engineers and leading the entire quality assurance process. You’ll drive the development of automation frameworks and ensure that high-quality software products are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA team in designing, developing, and executing test strategies and automation frameworks.
• Own the quality process from test planning to post-release validation and support.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to meet quality standards.
• Develop and optimize automation scripts using Selenium, TestNG, and Pytest.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, encouraging best practices and a quality-first mindset.
• Track and report QA metrics, including defect density, coverage, and test execution.
• Identify and drive improvements to testing processes and practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks, particularly Selenium, TestNG, and Pytest.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
