Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Optimizely Developer. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Optimizely Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Optimizely (formerly EPiServer), .NET Core, and front-end technologies, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining high-performing web applications. Prior experience in CMS platforms is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using 

  Optimizely/EPiServer CMS

  , 

  .NET Core

  , and 

  JavaScript

   frameworks.
• Lead a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA, and product managers.
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions using modern design principles and development practices.
• Customize and extend CMS functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Ensure high performance, availability, and security of applications.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Optimizely and web development.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in web development with at least 

  3 years in Optimizely/EPiServer CMS

• Strong proficiency in

  ASP.NET MVC/Web API

• Solid understanding of 

  JavaScript
