Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Optimizely/EPiServer CMS, .NET Core, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Lead a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and product managers.
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions using modern design principles and development practices.
• Customize and extend CMS functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Ensure high performance, availability, and security of applications.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Optimizely and web development.
  

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in web development with at least 3 years in Optimizely/EPiServer CMS.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Hands-on experience in developing and customizing CMS solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
