Are you a construction execution leader who has seen large-scale projects rise from blueprints to reality? We’re seeking a seasoned Project Management & Construction (PMC) professional with a proven track record in delivering mega commercial projects —from the ground up. 📍 Location: Mumbai 📅 Experience: 15+ Years 🏢 Mandatory Experience: Executed at least 2 commercial projects end-to-end Each project must have a built-up area of 38L–48L sq.ft Role: Senior Project Leader – PMC | Construction Execution Key Responsibilities: Lead high-performing construction teams with mentorship, coaching & structured performance management. Manage full project life cycle: budgeting, scheduling, execution, quality control, and compliance. Coordinate seamlessly with architects, consultants, contractors & government bodies. Oversee and optimize project timelines using MS Projects . Ensure adherence to contract agreements, safety protocols, and ethical standards. Conduct regular site reviews, stakeholder updates, and MIS reporting. Promote innovation, emerging construction tech, and sustainability initiatives. What You Bring: Strong experience managing commercial high-rise / large-format buildings . Expertise in cost control, value engineering, and contract administration. Excellent team leadership and inter-departmental coordination skills. Strong communication—both verbal and written—with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
