Your responsibilities will span across Marketing Operations (MOps), Mar-Tech Stack & Automation, and Marketing Analytics & Insights. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Marketing Operations (MOps)** - Own end-to-end campaign operations, including setup, testing, lead management, and performance tracking. - Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate attribution, pipeline tracking, and lead lifecycle management. - Define and enhance lead scoring models and develop standardized playbooks for launches. - Establish and maintain campaign taxonomy and hygiene in HubSpot. - **Mar-Tech Stack & Automation** - Develop and maintain a Mar-Tech architecture aligned with growth priorities. - Select and integrate core platforms like HubSpot, Clearbit, and others. - Create scalable workflows for automation, retargeting, and data management. - Manage tool interoperability and drive experimentation for campaigns. - **Marketing Analytics & Insights** - Define analytics for business decisions and track KPIs across various metrics. - Build dashboards for performance evaluation and collaborate with other teams for efficiency. - Support budget management and provide insights for strategic decision-making. **Qualifications:** - 6-10 years of experience in marketing operations and analytics roles in B2B SaaS companies. - Proven track record of driving growth through operational excellence. - Hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing automation, workflows, and reporting. - Strong understanding of GTM funnels, pipeline metrics, and lifecycle marketing. - Excellent collaborator with cross-functional teams. - Structured, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills required.
