Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MarTech Lead to lead our marketing technology initiatives across platforms and teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in multiple marketing automation tools, data and database management, platform integrations, and campaign deployment. This role requires both strategic and technical capabilities to drive personalization, automation, and seamless customer experiences at scale. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing automation programs (email, SMS, push, web). Manage and enhance MarTech stack including platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Marketo, HubSpot, Responsys, etc. Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns. Oversee data architecture, segmentation, and audience strategy leveraging tools like SQL, CDP/DMPs, and marketing databases. Drive integrations between marketing platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics), CMS (AEM, Drupal), and analytics tools. Ensure flawless campaign deployment, testing (A/B, multivariate), QA, and performance tracking. Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness using dashboards and analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SFMC reports). Maintain high standards for data compliance, security, privacy (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and governance. Mentor and lead a team of marketing technologists, automation specialists, and developers. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness. Required Qualifications: Proven expertise in at least 23 marketing automation platforms (SFMC, Eloqua, Marketo, Responsys, etc.). Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and platforms like Talend, Zapier, APIs. Hands-on experience with SQL, data extensions, and relational data models. Understanding of customer journey orchestration, personalization, and behavioral triggers. Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus). Relevant certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar platforms preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data lakes. Willing to learn SAS environments. Working knowledge of compliance frameworks like GDPR, CCPA. Experience in B2B and B2C campaign deployment models.
