About the Role We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing & Media Manager to join Eli Lilly Indiau2019s marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, consumer insight, media planning, and performance marketing, helping shape and scale purposeful campaigns that build both brand equity and business results. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in marketing thinking and media planningu2014from understanding consumer journeys and insight mining to designing omnichannel campaigns and driving brand KPIs. You will act as a key collaborator to cross-functional teams, ensuring that our science translates into compelling, compliant storytelling across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Brand & Marketing Strategy - Translate brand goals into marketing and communication strategies grounded in deep understanding of the consumer & caregiver - Partner to craft big ideas and breakthrough narratives & campaigns that differentiate and drive relevance. - Apply marketing frameworks (e.g. segmentation, brand archetypes, JTBD) to sharpen positioning and messaging. Integrated Campaign Development - Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across digital and offline touchpoints like print, TV and OOHu2014awareness, education, engagement, and activation. - Bring a channel-first mindset to contentu2014tailoring messaging for offline & digital media be it search, social, video, influencers, CTV, native, and more. - Ensure tight cross-functional alignment across all phases of the patient journey. Media Strategy & Performance Marketing - Own media planning and buying across digital, social, video, search, display, CTV, and content partnerships. - Monitor and optimize performance KPIs (CPV, CTR, ROAS, cost per lead), budget pacing, and platform mix. - Collaborate with agencies and internal analytics to build measurement frameworks and experimentation plans (A/B tests, lift studies, etc.). Stakeholder & Partner Management - Serve as a marketing lead with agency partners, martech platforms, influencers, and internal cross-functional teams (Legal, Med, Regulatory). - Lead internal approvals with clarity and compliance, ensuring timely rollout of campaigns. Digital & Martech Innovation - Champion the use of martech platforms like Sprinklr, Veeva, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio for insight-driven decision making. - Stay ahead of digital trends, from AI-powered personalization to programmatic video, and bring innovative pilots to the table. What We Are Looking For: - 8u201310 years of experience in marketing and media roles, preferably from a blend of advertising & media agency, consumer marketing and digital-first backgrounds (FMCG, healthcare, agency, or new-age D2C). - Solid grounding in marketing strategy, brand storytelling, campaign design, and omnichannel planning. - Proven success in managing large-scale campaigns and optimizing media performance. - Familiarity with regulated marketing environments or willingness to learn and adapt. - Strong communication, collaboration, and project ownership skills.
