Role Description Job Title: Salesforce Senior Developer / Developer Experience Range Developer: 5–6 years total IT experience, including 3–4 years in Salesforce development Senior Developer: 8–9 years total IT experience, including 5–6 years in Salesforce development Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennail, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kochi & Trivandrum Must-Have Skills Hands-on experience with: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura/LWC), JavaScript SOQL, Triggers, Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Reports and Dashboards At least 4 Salesforce Lightning projects (Aura/LWC components) Integration experience with: SOAP, REST, WSDL, Platform Events, Bulk & Metadata APIs Proficient with: Salesforce configuration – custom objects, workflows, validation rules, record types, approval processes CI/CD & Deployment tools – GitHub, GitLab, Bamboo, Copado, ANT, change sets Unit testing best practices, and ability to write test classes for positive and negative scenarios Good-to-Have Skills Knowledge of: ETL tools – Informatica, Mulesoft, Boomi, Cast Iron Data management tools – Apex Data Loader Web technologies – HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, JQuery, Google APIs Other languages/platforms – J2EE, .NET, SQL/PLSQL Salesforce1/Mobile, Heroku, Radian6, Einstein AI Exposure to various Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Community Marketing Cloud, Pardot, FSL, Analytics (nice to have) Deep understanding of Salesforce admin setup – users, roles, profiles, permission sets, security hierarchy Salesforce Certifications Mandatory: Platform Developer I App Builder Desirable: Advanced Developer (DEV 501 or Platform Dev II) Good to Have: Advanced Admin (ADM301) Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC Work closely with onsite (USA-based) Salesforce teams for knowledge transition and coordination Customize Salesforce applications per business needs including object design, automation, and security Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement gathering and technical design Troubleshoot production issues and deployment errors across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds Engage in code reviews, optimization, and adherence to coding best practices Participate in data migration, integration, and release management activities Skills Sfdc,Sfdc Design,Analytics Show more Show less
