Role Description Job Title: Salesforce Developer / Senior Developer Experience Range Developer: 5–6 Years Total IT Experience (3–4 Years in Salesforce Development) Senior Developer: 8–9 Years Total IT Experience (5–6 Years in Salesforce Development) Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennail, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kochi & Trivandrum Must Have Skills Hands-on experience in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning and LWC (Aura/LWC components) Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration Minimum of 4 Salesforce Lightning projects, including LWC and Aura components Proficient in SOQL, Apex Triggers, JavaScript, and use of Visual Studio Code / SFDX Experience in Sales, Service, and Community Cloud Strong understanding of Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes Integration experience using SOAP/REST APIs, Platform Events, and Bulk/Metadata API Familiarity with unit testing best practices, including both positive and negative test scenarios Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bamboo, Copado) and deployment tools (ANT, Change Sets, etc.) Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Good To Have Skills Prior development experience in Java / .NET Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, AJAX, JQuery, or other JavaScript frameworks Experience with ETL tools like Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, or Mulesoft Exposure to Marketing Cloud / Pardot, Einstein Analytics, Field Service Lightning (FSL), Heroku, Radian6 Experience in Salesforce1 / vfmobile for mobile development Database development knowledge in SQL or PL/SQL, stored procedures, and schema design Salesforce Certifications Mandatory: Platform Developer I and AppBuilder Desirable: Platform Developer II (or DEV 501 completed all 3 parts) Nice to Have: Advanced Admin (ADM301) and/or Consultant Certifications (Sales/Service Cloud) Key Responsibilities Design, build, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC Collaborate with onsite teams (especially in the USA) to gather knowledge and requirements Customize and configure SFDC objects, page layouts, record types, workflows, reports, and dashboards Work on complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs Participate in full development life cycle including requirement analysis, architecture design, coding, testing, deployment, and support Maintain and improve existing Salesforce implementations and provide support for enhancements Assist in preparing technical documentation and participating in client-facing discussions Follow Salesforce development and security best practices Coordinate with QA and DevOps for successful CI/CD and deployment processes Skills Sfdc,Sfdc Design,Analytics Show more Show less
