Role Overview: As a Salesforce Developer / Senior Developer at UST, you will be responsible for designing, building, and customizing Salesforce applications using various technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC. You will collaborate with onsite teams to gather requirements, customize and configure SFDC objects, work on complex integrations, and participate in the full development life cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC - Collaborate with onsite teams to gather knowledge and requirements - Customize and configure SFDC objects, page layouts, workflows, reports, and dashboards - Work on complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs - Participate in full development life cycle including requirement analysis, architecture design, coding, testing, deployment, and support - Maintain and improve existing Salesforce implementations and provide support for enhancements - Assist in preparing technical documentation and participating in client-facing discussions - Follow Salesforce development and security best practices - Coordinate with QA and DevOps for successful CI/CD and deployment processes Qualification Required: - Hands-on experience in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning and LWC (Aura/LWC components) - Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration - Experience in Sales, Service, and Community Cloud - Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I and AppBuilder (Mandatory), Platform Developer II (Desirable), Advanced Admin (Nice to Have) and/or Consultant Certifications (Nice to Have) - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills About UST: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider that partners with clients from design to operation, embedding innovation and agility into their organizations.
