Role Description Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (Sales/Service Cloud) Experience Range: 12+ Years (Minimum 8 years in Salesforce) Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennail, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kochi & Trivandrum Must Have Skills Salesforce Certifications: ADM201 (Mandatory), plus ADM301 / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud (Preferred) Solution Design expertise in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Minimum 4–5 Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud implementations, each at least 6 months Experience in CRM roadmap planning, and implementing Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Community Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Force.com Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, administration, and objects Proven experience in BRD writing, user stories, process flow documentation Strong Requirements Analysis & Management skills (BRD, SRS, gap analysis, solution design docs) Ability to run JAD sessions, design workshops, and whiteboarding sessions Excellent communication and analytical skills Experience in Onsite-Offshore coordination with global teams Good To Have Skills Exposure to Apex / Visualforce for POCs and basic configuration Hands-on with Salesforce prototype building (Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, Force.com) Experience with Chatter and custom app development on Force.com Familiarity with Technical Design documentation Comfortable with late evening or early morning calls to coordinate with offshore teams Key Responsibilities Lead and drive Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solution design Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Gather and analyze requirements for Sales/Service/Community/Marketing Cloud implementations Develop detailed documentation: BRDs, process flows, user stories, use cases, and gap analysis Facilitate design brainstorming and prototype review sessions Coordinate with offshore teams for development, configuration, and testing Provide oversight and guidance on Salesforce implementation best practices Skills Sfdc,Sfdc Design,Analytics Show more Show less
