Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead the quality assurance efforts for enterprise-scale applications. This role involves test planning, execution, automation, and process improvements to ensure high-quality deliverables in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and cases (manual & automated)

• Lead test strategy, estimation, scheduling, and risk-based testing

• Automate tests using Selenium, JUnit, Rest Assured, and integrate with CI/CD (Jenkins)

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on defects and contribute to continuous improvement

• Drive performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner

• Collaborate across teams to ensure end-to-end coverage and traceability (RTM)

• Track test metrics like defect leakage, coverage, and execution efficiency

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and Agile practices

• Proficient in Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, Spring, JIRA, Jenkins

• Experience with API testing, cross-browser/device testing, and quality metrics reporting

• Knowledge of tools like Sonar, Checkmarx, Fortify, and Splunk

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Exposure to Appium, Cucumber/Protractor frameworks

• Experience in performance engineering and application monitoring (Dynatrace/Splunk)
