5 - 7 Years 2 Openings Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Trivandrum Role description Job Title: Salesforce Developer Experience Range: 5+ years Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Noida, Kochi, Trivandrum & Hyderabad Job Summary: The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Experience Cloud and Financial Services Cloud. This role includes building secure integrations, managing deployments, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, adherence to best practices, and a passion for continuous improvement. Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience Hands-on expertise with Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Visualforce , and SOQL/SOSL Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules) Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Financial Services Cloud Strong understanding of Salesforce security model : Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, etc. Expertise in Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and middleware tools Proficient in HTML , CSS , JavaScript , and data migration techniques Experience with unit testing , TDD (Test-Driven Development), and CI/CD deployment Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities Experience working in Agile development environments Good-to-Have Skills: Experience mentoring junior developers or administrators Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud , Einstein , or AI tools Exposure to DevOps tools like Copado , Gearset , or AutoRABIT Familiarity with Salesforce seasonal releases and upgrade best practices Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud data models and business use cases Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and industry standards Build secure applications adhering to Salesforce security guidelines (e.g., FLS, CRUD, Sharing Rules) Create and maintain custom objects , triggers , classes , LWC components , and Visualforce pages Build and manage integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs Implement responsive and user-friendly UI components using LWC and front-end technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams—BAs, Admins, Architects, Product Owners—to translate requirements into technical designs Conduct code reviews , enforce development standards , and maintain code quality Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives Support CI/CD and manage metadata/version control across environments Perform unit testing , write test classes, and maintain high test coverage Monitor and optimize system performance and scalability Lead or contribute to Salesforce upgrades , release planning, and patch applications Create and maintain technical documentation for custom solutions and architecture Mentor and guide junior Salesforce developers and administrators Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Stay updated with Salesforce releases and industry trends to drive innovation Lead or support special projects as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (required) Additional certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Experience Cloud Consultant, Financial Services Cloud Specialist) are a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills Skills Apex,Lightning Web Components(LWC),Salesforce Config & Metadata About UST UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
